NOTE: Administrative rights to the server are required to perform this solution. If necessary, contact your System Administrator as you may not have rights to delete local printers or stop the print spooler on the server. Both will affect all users printing through that server.

Home Support. From the server desktop: Open the Printers or Printers and Faxes window. See the Related Content section for additional information.
