Some drawers wouldn't stay closed, others wouldn't open. The paint was so thin that you could see bare metal in areas. After calling sears they advised to bring it back. This is very large and very heavy item to be returning back to the store again. I bent the drawers as needed to get them to open and close more easily. The areas that were needing paint now have stickers covering the errors from the factory.
It gets the job done and is looks pretty good now. I bought one of these units and after using it for weeks, bougth a second one. Am now looking somewhere to buy a third one. I have not noticed any of the critical criticism of other buyers. Have found the unit great for its purpose. Once I got them home, they have all worked great. I also have two smaller Craftsman units that do not have the "Griplatch" feature which I think is great. Overall Rating: Average.
