It opens in task manager but will not do anything besides that. Tried running as admin, through several compatibility modes, tried different patch settings, different directories, allowed it through my firewall but no dice. I ran the installer as admin as well.

In case neither of those options are helpful I'll do some more digging and see if I can find any other potential fixes. However disabling it through cmd completely didn't do anything either.
